Required Access
Access for setup is required through either the side gate or front door.
Water Supply
Access to a tap is required. The customer must provide their own hose pipe, which must be long enough to reach the chosen hot tub location.
Power Supply
A power plug must be within 7 meters of the chosen hot tub location.
Required Space
2.2m x 2.2m
We deliver and set up your hot tub the day before your hire start date. Filling the hot tub takes up to 2 hours, while heating the water and chlorination can take up to 24 hours.
Your hot tub will be delivered and collected anytime between 08:00 and 18:00. You’ll receive a text the night before from the driver with your designated delivery time slot. A reminder will also be sent a few days before both installation and collection.
