Bookings & Delivery

All our hot tub rentals area a minimum 3 days, hot tub collection can be arranged to be sooner, however, the price would stay the same as hiring for 3 days.

We deliver and set up your hot tub the day before your rental begins to allow time for filling (up to 2 hours), heating (up to 24 hours), and chlorination.

Delivery and collection take place between 08:00 and 18:00. The driver will send you a text the night before with your allocated delivery time slot. You’ll also receive a reminder a few days before both installation and collection.

Our hot tubs come in various sizes but are highly portable. We can go through even the narrowest doors or hallways.

Installation Requirements

To ensure a smooth setup, customers must provide access to a water supply and electricity at the time of installation. Our team will handle the setup.

Hot tubs are for outdoor use only in a private space. Please ensure the setup area is a flat, clean surface, capable of supporting the weight of the tub and its users. If these conditions are not met, installation will be declined, and a delivery charge will apply.

For filling, chlorination, and testing during installation, a hose pipe and nearby electricity supply are required. Our team will initiate the fill, test the pump, and add the appropriate amount of chlorine to your hot tub.

If any users have potential health concerns regarding chlorine, please inform us in advance. In such cases, we can provide chlorine to the hirer instead of adding it ourselves. We are happy to allow customers to manage chlorination during the hire period.

Collection

Collection will take place the day after your hire, anytime between 08:00 and 18:00. The driver will send you a text the night before with your designated collection time slot.

After your final use of the hot tub, please unplug the pump and keep the plug protected from rain or water. You can also remove the waste pipe cap and inside plug to start draining the water before we arrive. If you’d like us to pump the water out, leave it for us.

Ensure all hired items are placed near the hot tub for easy identification by our team. We will then carry out a partial clean, dismantle the setup, and complete collection within an hour of arrival.
