Hot Tub Hire FAQ's

We recommend pre-planning your setup location before delivery. Since the hot tub requires both power and water, please ensure:

• Access to a tap and hose for filling.
• A power socket within 7m, or a 13amp extension cable if needed.
• We accommodate outdoor hires only.

Unfortunately, we only offer outdoor hot tub hires. The main reason for this is the ventilation requirements and the large amount of water that could be problematic if there were any issues indoors.

For the best experience and safety, we recommend setting up your hot tub in an outdoor space.

Setting up the hot tub takes us approximately 30 minutes. However, please allow additional time for:

• Filling with water – Takes 1.5 to 2 hours.
• Heating to the desired temperature – Takes 20 to 24 hours, depending on the weather and water temperature.

For the best experience, we deliver a day before your hire start date to ensure it’s ready to use!

Yes, our portable hot tubs come with matting and can be installed on any level surface, including grass. However, we ask that the area is clean and free of sharp objects that could damage the hot tub lining.

Please note that when setting up on grass, the weight of the hot tub may temporarily flatten or damage the lawn, and it may take some time to recover after collection.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to weather, traffic conditions, and daily route planning, but we always strive to be as flexible as possible.

If you have a preferred time frame (e.g., “before noon” or “after 1 PM”), please leave a note in the comment box at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request within our schedule.

Your hot tub will be delivered and collected anytime between 08:00 and 18:00. The night before delivery, you’ll receive a text from the driver with your designated delivery time slot.

You’ll also receive a reminder a few days before installation as well as a reminder for collection.

If we have access through a side gate, as well as access to the tap, hose pipe, and power supply, we can set up the hot tub without you being there.

To ensure proper placement, please send us a photo of where you’d like the hot tub set up after receiving your time slot. Once we’ve set everything up, we’ll send you simple instructions and are available for any support if needed.

Please note that you’ll need to fill up the hot tub and start heating once you return. We don’t stay for this process as the hot tub takes a couple of hours to fill up.

We can collect the hot tub without you being there as long as we have access to the area through the side gate.

Just ensure that no personal items are left in or around the hot tub, and that all our equipment is left next to the hot tub for easy collection. We’ll handle the rest!

Once we arrive, we’ll drain the hot tub, pack it up, and take it away—easy and hassle-free!

P.S. If you’d prefer to drain the hot tub yourself, feel free to do so!

The water can be drained anywhere within 3 meters of the hot tub location. This could be into a nearby drain, onto grass, or another surface.

Chlorine evaporates quickly, and since only a small amount is used, it won’t impact your plans. However, if you have sensitive plants or exotic vegetation, let us know in advance, and we’ll take extra care!

In most cases, yes! However, if your designated hot tub becomes unavailable due to unexpected issues before setup and we’re unable to replace it in time, we will provide the closest possible alternative to ensure you still enjoy a great hot tub experience.
